1. About the Website

1.1 CitySwoon (the "Website") provides its registered members with an opportunity to meet each other at hosted events ("Events") or by using the online platform to propose, schedule and attend dates created by themselves or with other registered members of the service (the "Services").

1.2 The Website is owned and operated by CitySwoon, Inc. ("CitySwoon", "we", "us" or "our"). Access to and use of the Website, cityswoon.com, and any associated products or Services, is provided by CitySwoon. Please read these terms and conditions (the "Terms") carefully. By using or browsing the Website, reading content on the Website, registering as a member, purchasing a ticket or subscription, or posting content to the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must cease using the Website and Services immediately.

1.3 CitySwoon reserves the right to review and change these Terms by updating this page. When CitySwoon updates the Terms, it will use reasonable endeavors to provide notice of the changes where required. Any changes to the Terms take effect from the date of publication, unless otherwise stated. Before you continue, you should print or save a local copy of the Terms for your records.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

2.1 You accept the Terms by remaining on the Website, registering for an account, purchasing a ticket or subscription, using the Services, or clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where this option is made available to you by CitySwoon.

3. Events

3.1 CitySwoon may, from time to time, offer you the opportunity to attend Events run or arranged by CitySwoon. Events may have a displayed age range for each gender or attendee category. It is your responsibility to ensure that you purchase a ticket to an Event for which you are within the appropriate age range and otherwise eligible to attend.

3.2 CitySwoon reserves the right to refuse participation in an Event where we reasonably consider that your participation may affect the enjoyment, safety, comfort or lawful operation of the Event, the venue, other participants, venue staff, hosts or CitySwoon staff. You must comply with all venue requirements, including dress code, identification requirements, responsible service of alcohol requirements, and any reasonable instructions given by CitySwoon hosts, venue staff or venue management.

3.3 Event Photography and Recording. CitySwoon, or persons authorized by CitySwoon, may take photographs, video or audio recordings at Events. By attending an Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to CitySwoon using that material to promote and improve CitySwoon and its Events, including on the Website, in marketing materials and on social media. If you would prefer not to be photographed or recorded, or would like material featuring you removed, please notify the host at the Event or contact CitySwoon, and we will take reasonable steps to accommodate your request.

4. Purchases and Delivery Policy

4.1 You will be provided with an opportunity to pay the relevant purchase price for tickets to Events, subscriptions or other Services. Tickets to Events are paid in advance and are non-refundable for change of mind or non-attendance, except where you are entitled to a refund, credit, chargeback right or other remedy under applicable law.

4.2 CitySwoon reserves the right to offer discounts, promotional pricing or special offers from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

4.3 All Event ticket and online Service purchases listed on the Website are delivered electronically and will be delivered or made available upon completion of a successful online credit card payment, telephone credit card payment or other accepted payment method.

4.4 Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any right or remedy that you may have under applicable federal, state or local law that cannot lawfully be limited, excluded or modified.

5. Event Refunds, Credits and Transfers

5.1 Planning a CitySwoon Event is a customized and time-consuming process, and CitySwoon incurs costs before an Event takes place. We do our best to ensure that each guest is placed at a suitable Event. A cancellation can be a setback to the process. Your place cannot be reserved or confirmed until payment has been received.

5.2 If you have paid and booked into an Event but do not attend, you are not eligible for a refund for change of mind or non-attendance, except where applicable law entitles you to a refund or other remedy.

5.3 If you notify our Customer Service team in writing at least seven (7) days before the Event that you are unable to attend, CitySwoon may offer you a credit to attend another Event of equal or lesser value. Any credit offered under this clause is subject to availability and any reasonable conditions notified to you.

5.4 If you are dissatisfied with a CitySwoon Event, please contact our Customer Service team. CitySwoon may, at its discretion, offer you a credit, transfer or discounted attendance at another Event. Where applicable law entitles you to a remedy, CitySwoon will provide the remedy required by law.

5.5 The CitySwoon customer service and events team works hard to ensure that each Event has an approximately suitable balance of attendees. However, some people may fail to attend an Event even though they have accepted an invitation and paid. If a significant imbalance in attendee numbers adversely affects your experience at a speed dating Event, or if you have fewer than four (4) matched dates at an Event where at least four (4) matched dates were advertised, CitySwoon may offer you a discounted ticket, credit or other goodwill remedy. Mere dissatisfaction with the people you meet at an Event does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund, credit or discounted Event, except where required by law.

5.6 Any goodwill refund, credit, transfer or discount that is not required by law is provided at CitySwoon's discretion. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

6. Cancellations and Postponements

6.1 On occasion, a CitySwoon Event may need to be postponed or cancelled. We recognize that guests look forward to attending our Events and that postponing an Event can be frustrating. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Events proceed as planned and only postpone or cancel an Event where we consider it necessary or appropriate, including where the experience for guests would not be up to the normal CitySwoon standard.

6.2 Speed dating and matched dating Events depend on having sufficient attendees and, where relevant, a suitable balance of attendees. If there is a significant imbalance in attendee numbers, insufficient attendees overall, venue issues, host illness, safety concerns or other operational issues, CitySwoon may reschedule, postpone or cancel an Event.

6.3 If an Event is postponed, CitySwoon will usually try to reschedule the Event for another date, where possible within approximately six (6) weeks of the original Event date. You will be notified of the new date by email and/or text message using the contact details provided with your account. If the new date is not suitable, CitySwoon may offer you a credit or transfer to a suitable alternative Event, subject to availability and your rights under applicable law.

6.4 If CitySwoon cancels an Event and a suitable replacement Event is not reasonably available, CitySwoon will provide a credit, transfer, refund or other remedy as required by applicable law.

6.5 From time to time, CitySwoon may conduct identification checks either at the venue or before an Event commences. If you are found to be more than two (2) years outside the displayed age range for the Event, or if you fail to provide suitable identification when reasonably requested, CitySwoon may refuse you participation in the Event. Where you are refused access, CitySwoon may, at its discretion, offer a ticket or credit for an alternative Event with a more appropriate age range.

6.6 If an Event cannot be held because of federal, state or local health restrictions, venue closure, public health requirements, extreme weather, safety concerns or similar circumstances outside CitySwoon's reasonable control, CitySwoon may offer a rescheduled Event, an alternative Event or an account credit. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

6.7 Where a no-show fee or last-minute cancellation fee applies, the amount of the fee will be disclosed to you before purchase or booking confirmation. By completing the purchase or booking, you authorize CitySwoon to charge the disclosed fee to the payment method used for the booking if you cancel at the last minute or do not attend the Event, except where prohibited by law.

7. Online Dating Services

7.1 As part of the registration process, or as part of your continued use of the Services, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself, including identification or contact details. You may also be requested to provide CitySwoon with:
(a) a mobile number;
(b) an email address; and
(c) a password.

7.2 As part of the registration process, or as part of your use of the Services, you may be given the opportunity to purchase a subscription, which may include payment of a recurring or fixed subscription fee (the "Subscription Fee").

7.3 CitySwoon may provide a variety of subscription options. Each subscription option may provide different benefits, inclusions, limitations, billing periods and Subscription Fees. In purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that the subscription you choose is suitable for your intended use.

7.4 You agree that any information you give to CitySwoon as part of the registration process, or as part of your continued use of the Services, will be accurate, correct and up to date.

7.5 Once you have completed the registration process:
(a) you will be a registered member of the Website ("Member");
(b) you may have limited access to some Services unless you are a paid subscriber;
(c) you may attend Events without a paid subscription, provided you hold a valid ticket and comply with these Terms;
(d) you may be able to interact with other Members to arrange dates or participate in dates created through the Services; and
(e) you agree to be bound by these Terms.

7.6 Paid subscribers are Members who have taken up a paid subscription plan. Depending on the plan purchased, paid subscribers may receive access to online Services including:
(a) creation of proposed dates;
(b) acceptance or rejection of other Members' applications to attend a date created by the subscriber;
(c) ability to view profiles of other Members displayed to them through the Services; and
(d) messaging with other Members after date acceptance and/or after meeting, subject to these Terms and any limits displayed at the time of purchase.

7.7 If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize CitySwoon or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the Subscription Fee at the recurring interval disclosed to you at the time of purchase, until the subscription is cancelled. The renewal amount, billing interval and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase or confirmation.

7.8 You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law.

7.9 You may not use the Services and may not accept these Terms if:
(a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with CitySwoon;
(b) you are barred from receiving the Services under the laws of the United States or any other country in which you are resident or from which you use the Services;
(c) you have previously been convicted of an offence involving violence, sexual misconduct, stalking, harassment or conduct that CitySwoon reasonably considers may create a safety risk for other Members; or
(d) you have previously been removed from a CitySwoon Event or Service for serious misconduct, safety concerns, harassment, threatening conduct, or other conduct that CitySwoon reasonably considers may create a safety or operational risk.

8. Refund Policy - Subscription Fees

8.1 Subscription Fees are non-refundable for change of mind or non-use, except where you are entitled to a refund or other remedy under applicable law.

8.2 If you believe there has been an error in billing, or if you believe you are entitled to a refund or other remedy, please contact CitySwoon via the contact page on the Website.

8.3 If a subscription renews automatically, the renewal and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase or confirmation. You should keep a record of your cancellation request. CitySwoon will not intentionally make cancellation materially more difficult than sign-up, except where a different process is required for security, fraud prevention or account verification.

9. Your Account Obligations

9.1 As a Member, you agree to comply with the following:
(a) you will use the Services only for purposes permitted by these Terms and by any applicable federal, state, local or international law, regulation or generally accepted practice or guideline in the relevant jurisdiction;
(b) you are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password and email address. Use of your password by another person may result in the suspension or cancellation of your account;
(c) any use of your account by another person or third party is strictly prohibited. You agree to immediately notify CitySwoon of any unauthorized use of your password, email address or account, or any breach of security of which you become aware;
(d) you must not expressly or impliedly impersonate another Member or use the profile, password or account of another Member at any time;
(e) you are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members;
(f) you understand that CitySwoon does not guarantee the identity, background, conduct, intentions, compatibility or statements of any Member;
(g) you agree that you will not broadcast, publish, transmit, upload, post or otherwise make available any content on the Website or through the Services that is false, misleading, deceptive, sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, threatening, offensive, discriminatory, unlawful, scam-related or otherwise inappropriate;
(h) you agree not to harass, impersonate, stalk, threaten, intimidate, abuse or exploit another Member, CitySwoon employee, host, contractor or venue staff member;
(i) access to and use of the Website is limited, non-transferable and for your personal, non-commercial use only;
(j) you will not use the Services or Website in connection with any commercial endeavor except where specifically endorsed or approved by CitySwoon;
(k) you will not use the Services or Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including collecting email addresses or other contact details of Members for the purpose of sending unsolicited messages, or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website;
(l) commercial advertisements, affiliate links and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice and may result in suspension or termination of Membership privileges;
(m) you must not cover, obstruct, obscure or block any advertisements, notices, safety messages or interface elements on any CitySwoon page by HTML, CSS, scripts or any other means; and
(n) you acknowledge and agree that automated use of the Website or Services, including scraping, crawling, bots, automated messaging or automated account creation, is prohibited.

9.2 Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Commitment: CitySwoon is committed to ethical practices and to maintaining a safe environment free from exploitation, forced labor, human trafficking and human rights abuses. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you will not use the Website or Services in any way that supports, facilitates or promotes slavery, human trafficking, exploitation or unlawful conduct. CitySwoon may take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination and referral to authorities, against users who breach this commitment.

10. Your Dating Obligations to Protect Your Safety

10.1 Your privacy and security are important to CitySwoon. Although CitySwoon uses reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, we can only help protect your privacy if you also comply with your safety and dating obligations below.

10.2 Any date organized through the Website should take place in a public environment such as a bar, restaurant or café. You agree that you will not arrange a first meeting in a private, secluded or unsafe location, such as a private home, hotel room or isolated area.

10.3 Any date organized through the Website should take place with appropriate privacy protections. Before meeting another Member, you must not exchange personal contact or identifying information in breach of these Terms, including:
(a) your telephone number;
(b) email address;
(c) social media profile name;
(d) home address;
(e) last name; or
(f) place of work.

10.4 The personal information specified in clause 10.3 should only be provided to another Member where you choose to provide it yourself after meeting, or where CitySwoon makes a feature available for that purpose. This helps protect your privacy and allows you to block or report a Member where required.

10.5 If you arrange to meet another Member, you agree to attend the meeting at the mutually agreed location, date and time unless you have a genuine reason not to attend and provide reasonable notice where possible. You understand that you are personally responsible for your own conduct and arrangements. Failure to attend an arranged meeting without reasonable notice may result in suspension or termination of your account or membership.

10.6 You should use caution and common sense when communicating with or meeting other Members. You should report suspicious, abusive, unsafe or inappropriate behavior to CitySwoon as soon as reasonably possible.

11. Monitoring, Moderation and Safety Checks

11.1 Although CitySwoon does not have an obligation to monitor all use of the Services, CitySwoon reserves the right, but is not obliged, to:
(a) pre-screen, review, flag, filter, moderate, modify, refuse, suspend or remove any content from the Website or Services;
(b) use automated or manual tools to detect explicit, abusive, unsafe, scam-related, sexual, offensive, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate content;
(c) restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Website or Services where we reasonably consider that a user has breached these Terms or created a safety, legal, operational or reputational risk;
(d) review reports or complaints made by Members, hosts, venues, staff, contractors or third parties; and
(e) where lawful and appropriate, and where required with your consent, conduct identity, safety or background checks.

11.2 CitySwoon may remove, restrict or decline to publish content that it reasonably considers to be inconsistent with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, member safety, venue requirements, applicable law or the intended purpose of the Services.

11.3 If CitySwoon uses a third-party background check, identity verification or safety screening provider, such checks will be conducted subject to applicable law and any consent, notice or authorization requirements that apply.

12. Copyright and Intellectual Property

12.1 The Website, Services and all related products of CitySwoon are subject to copyright. The material on the Website is protected by copyright under the laws of the United States and through international treaties. Unless otherwise indicated, all rights, including copyright, in the Website content and compilation of the Website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, video images, audio clips, broadcasts, other materials and software, are owned or controlled by CitySwoon or its contributors.

12.2 You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to publish any content that you upload, submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through CitySwoon ("Your Content").

12.3 You retain ownership of Your Content. By uploading, submitting, posting, transmitting or otherwise making Your Content available through the Website or Services, you grant CitySwoon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, modify, adapt, process and communicate Your Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, protect, promote and improve the Website and Services.

12.4 CitySwoon will not use your profile photos, private profile content or private communications in external advertising that identifies you without your consent, except where such use is otherwise permitted by law or where the content has already been made public by you.

12.5 We may use your feedback, comments and suggestions without any obligation to compensate you for them.

12.6 You acknowledge and agree that CitySwoon does not promise to screen all content, but has the right to do so. CitySwoon may remove any content that violates these Terms or that CitySwoon reasonably considers objectionable, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with the purpose of the Services.

12.7 You are responsible for Your Content and accept liability associated with Your Content, including reliance by others on its accuracy, completeness or usefulness.

12.8 You may not reproduce, republish, upload to a third party, transmit, post, distribute, show, play in public, adapt or change any content on CitySwoon that is not yours, except with the prior written permission of CitySwoon and any other relevant rights owner, or where permitted by law.

12.9 CitySwoon retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Website, Services and all related content. Nothing you do on or in relation to the Website or Services will transfer to you any rights in any business name, trading name, domain name, trademark, industrial design, patent, registered design, copyright, system, process or other intellectual property owned or controlled by CitySwoon.

13. General Disclaimer

13.1 Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any rights, remedies, warranties, guarantees, representations, conditions or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, excluded or modified under applicable law.

13.2 Subject to clause 13.1, and to the extent permitted by law:
(a) all terms, warranties, guarantees, representations or conditions that are not expressly stated in these Terms are excluded; and
(b) CitySwoon will not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit or opportunity, or damage to goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13.3 Use of the Website, Services and any products of CitySwoon is at your own risk. The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

13.4 Subject to any rights you may have under applicable law, CitySwoon does not make any express or implied representation or warranty about:
(a) uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website or Services;
(b) the accuracy, suitability or currency of information on the Website or Services;
(c) the conduct, identity, compatibility, intentions or statements of any Member;
(d) the outcome of any Event, date, match or interaction;
(e) third party materials, advertisements, links, services or venues; or
(f) any failure to complete a transaction or any loss arising from e-commerce transacted through the Website.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 Nothing in this clause limits, excludes or modifies any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, excluded or modified under applicable law.

14.2 Subject to clause 14.1, CitySwoon's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, however arising, including under contract, tort including negligence, statute, equity or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid by you to CitySwoon for the relevant Event, subscription or Service giving rise to the claim.

14.3 Subject to clause 14.1, CitySwoon, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers and licensors will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of business reputation, loss of opportunity, loss of data or other intangible loss.

14.4 CitySwoon is not responsible or liable for content posted on the Website or in connection with the Services by Members, third parties or other users of the Services, except to the extent required by law.

14.5 CitySwoon does not control and is not responsible for the behavior, actions, comments, posts or information uploaded by Members. CitySwoon is not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, obscene or unlawful content you may encounter on the Website or in connection with the Services, except to the extent required by law.

15. Termination of Contract

15.1 These Terms continue to apply until terminated by either you or CitySwoon as set out below.

15.2 If you want to terminate these Terms, you may do so by:
(a) notifying CitySwoon in writing via the Contact Us link on the Website; and
(b) closing your account for all Services you use, where CitySwoon has made this option available to you.

15.3 CitySwoon may suspend or terminate your account, membership or access to the Services if:
(a) you breach any provision of these Terms or indicate that you intend to breach any provision;
(b) CitySwoon is required to do so by law;
(c) a partner with whom CitySwoon offered the Services to you has terminated its relationship with CitySwoon or ceased to offer relevant Services;
(d) CitySwoon is transitioning to no longer providing the Services to Members in the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Services;
(e) the provision of the Services to you by CitySwoon is, in CitySwoon's opinion, no longer commercially viable;
(f) your conduct creates a safety, legal, operational or reputational risk for CitySwoon, Members, hosts, venues, staff, contractors or the public; or
(g) CitySwoon reasonably considers that suspension or termination is necessary to protect other Members or the integrity of the Services.

15.4 Subject to applicable law, CitySwoon may suspend, restrict, deny or terminate your access to all or part of the Website or Services without notice if you breach these Terms, breach any applicable law, impact CitySwoon's name or reputation, create a safety risk, or violate the rights of another party.

15.5 When these Terms come to an end, all rights, obligations and liabilities that have accrued during the period in which the Terms were in force, or which are expressed or intended to continue indefinitely, will be unaffected by termination.

16. Indemnity

16.1 You agree to indemnify CitySwoon, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers and licensors from and against any actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss and damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with:
(a) any content you post, upload, transmit or otherwise make available through the Website or Services;
(b) your access to, use of or transactions on the Website or Services;
(c) any breach of these Terms by you or your agents;
(d) any unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, abusive or inappropriate conduct by you; or
(e) any infringement by you of another person's rights.

17. Dispute Resolution

17.1 If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms, either party must not commence court proceedings in relation to the dispute unless the following clauses have been complied with, except where urgent injunctive or equitable relief is sought or where applicable law provides otherwise.

17.2 A party claiming that a dispute has arisen under these Terms must give written notice to the other party detailing the nature of the dispute, the desired outcome and the action required to settle the dispute.

17.3 On receipt of that notice, the parties must:
(a) within seven (7) days of the notice, endeavor in good faith to resolve the dispute expeditiously by negotiation or such other means upon which they may mutually agree;
(b) if the dispute has not been resolved within twenty-one (21) days after the date of the notice, either agree on a mediator or request that an appropriate mediator be appointed by a recognized mediation provider, such as JAMS or the American Arbitration Association;
(c) be equally liable for the fees and reasonable expenses of the mediator and the cost of the venue or remote mediation platform, unless the mediator or applicable law requires otherwise; and
(d) each pay their own costs associated with the mediation.

17.4 The mediation may be held remotely by video conference unless the parties agree otherwise.

17.5 All communications concerning negotiations made by the parties arising out of and in connection with this dispute resolution clause are confidential and, to the extent possible, must be treated as settlement discussions for the purpose of applicable laws of evidence.

17.6 If thirty (30) days have elapsed after the start of mediation and the dispute has not been resolved, either party may ask the mediator to terminate the mediation, and the mediator must do so.

17.7 If the dispute is not resolved at the conclusion of mediation, either party may institute legal proceedings concerning the subject matter of the dispute.

18. Venue and Jurisdiction

18.1 The Services offered by CitySwoon through the United States Website are intended to be viewed and used by residents of the United States. Subject to applicable law, in the event of any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Website, Services or these Terms, you agree that the courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction, or from bringing a claim in a jurisdiction where applicable law gives that party a non-waivable right to do so.

19. Governing Law

19.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent that applicable federal, state or local law requires otherwise. Any dispute, controversy, proceeding or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to these Terms and the rights created by them will be governed, interpreted and construed under the laws of Delaware, subject to any mandatory laws that apply.

20. Independent Legal Advice

20.1 You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to obtain independent legal advice before agreeing to these Terms.

21. Severance

21.1 If any part of these Terms is found to be void, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that part will be severed to the extent necessary and the remainder of the Terms will remain in force.

22. Health and Safety Policy

22.1 The safety and security of our hosts, venue staff and Event participants is of utmost importance to CitySwoon. By purchasing a ticket to attend any in-person Event, you acknowledge and agree that:

22.1.1 You will be polite and respectful to hosts, venue staff and other Event participants at all times.

22.1.2 You will comply with all venue, federal, state and local health guidelines, requirements and mandates that apply to the Event. CitySwoon will use reasonable efforts to notify you of relevant requirements before an Event takes place, however requirements may change without notice and you remain responsible for complying with any applicable requirements.

22.1.3 You will listen to and follow reasonable CitySwoon host, venue staff and venue instructions and policies at all times. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the Event, without refund except where required by law.

22.1.4 You will not attend an Event if you display symptoms of a contagious illness, have been directed to isolate, or are otherwise required by applicable health rules not to attend.

23. Code of Conduct

23.1 You are expected to act in a polite and respectful manner at all times towards CitySwoon employees, hosts, contractors, venue staff and other Event participants. This includes all written and verbal communication.

23.2 Inappropriate, unwanted, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, sexual, violent or unsafe conduct or communication is not permitted. Inappropriate or unwanted physical interaction with any CitySwoon employee, host, contractor, venue staff member or Event participant is not permitted.

23.3 Serious or repeated breaches of this Code of Conduct may result in being asked to leave an Event, suspension or termination of your CitySwoon registration, account and/or membership, and refusal of future participation in CitySwoon Events or Services. Refunds will only be provided where required by applicable law.
